Self Hypnosis can be a fantastically powerful tool and almost anybody can use it, with appropriate tuition. It’s much more than just ‘mind over matter’ however, and there are techniques to master and important principles to understand in order to practise it safely.
In my own case, I’ve sucessfully used self hypnosis to lower blood pressure, reduce pain and to control muscle spasm. It can also be used to deal with unwanted habits, confidence issues, relationship matters and many other lifestyle issues. It really does work!
